It is also conveniently located near the Medical Mile, MSU College of Medicine, Grand Valley State University's downtown campus, GR Community College, St. Mary's Hospital, DeVos Children's Hospital, Mary Free Bed, and Spectrum Downtown Hospital. You will enjoy the unique features of this historic home including beautiful hardwood floors, porches or balconies for most units, and historic details. Amenities include a shared common area front porch, a large community green space, shared laundry facilities, on-site parking, and pet-friendly units. Heat, trash, and recycling are included with rent. Residents are responsible for electricity and a $20 per month water fee. There may be additional fees for electricity charged during high-use months. All applicants must meet the minimum gross income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent and must pass a credit and criminal background check.
